PRESENTER: Dr Karthik Badrinath / Sports & Exercise Physician, General Practitioner and Physiotherapist

Dr Karthik Badrinath is a specialist Sport and Exercise Physician who is passionate about providing expert musculoskeletal care. He is currently a team doctor for the Adelaide Crows AFL and SANFL teams and an AFLW match day doctor. He is a tournament physician for the Adelaide International tennis tournament and was the Afghanistan cricket team doctor for the 2022 ICC Men’s T20 world cup. Dr Badrinath is a dual-fellowship trained medical specialist after completing his Sport and Exercise medicine fellowship (FACSEP) in 2022 and his Fellowship in General Practice (FRACGP) in 2018. He is also a qualified physiotherapist completing a physiotherapy degree at the University of South Australia in 2009. Having an understanding of the intricacies in physiotherapy management, Dr Badrinath enjoys working with physiotherapists, podiatrists and exercise physiologists to help his patients return to an active lifestyle.
