What is the Hockey Injury Prevention Program?
A short, 15-minute warm-up designed using the most up to date sports medicine research. Separated into 3 distinct phases: a warm-up phase, a conditioning phase.

When do I do the program?
Incorporate as a warm-up prior to trainings and games. Exclude conditioning phase on game day.

How many times per week?
2-3 times per week.

Why do the program?

It reduces the most common injuries in field hockey, improving performance and keeping players on the field longer.

What equipment do I need?
No equipment required. Exercises are designed to utilise bodyweight as resistance.

What if I don’t understand an exercise?
Use QR code to be linked to demonstration videos and further explanation of the program.
