Cancellation Policy
Full payment will be refunded with notification of cancellation more than 21 days prior to the event less an administration fee of $30.00.
Between 11 and 21 days of the event notification of cancellation then full payment will be refunded less 30% of the payment and $30 administration fee.
Provided cancellation is prior to 10 days before the event, registrations are transferable to another person or other SA Sports Medicine Association events. There will be a fee of $30 for the change of name or if changing event type. Any credits held with SASMA must be used within 12 months of cancellation.
Under no circumstances will payments be refunded after this time however, registrations are transferable to another person to attend this specific event. There will be a fee of $30 for the change of name. No credits to be used towards transferring to another SA Sports Medicine Association (SASMA) will be held when cancellation is 10 days or less prior to event.
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, SA Sports Medicine Association reserves the right to cancel an event. Full refunds will be issued if this is the case or the option to transfer to another SASMA event.
